This posting is Part One of a renovation on the third floor of a typical Toronto townhouse that CC and Sons Contracting completed. It consisted of two adjacent rooms which were in their original state but in need of repair due to substantial water damage.
Cracked plaster repaired using zinc plated washers.

Safe and Sound insulation in parting wall. This is where the custom cabinetry, closet and study desk is going to go. Electrical is installed to supply LED lighting and outlets.
First coat of custom plaster repair above stairwell.
Wallpaper and adhesive has been stripped off plaster. Preparing the wall for repair.
